The Juliane Marie set

The Juliane Marie set is named after Queen Juliane Marie who was married to Frederik V. With their son, Prince Frederik, the Queen was a partner in the Royal Danish Porcelain Factory at its founding in 1775. The factory was run by the Royal family until 1868 when it was privatised, yet it retained its name and the right to raise the Royal swallow-tailed flag.
